So pening trying to plan for the rural rotation and Ramadhan.
We got our roster so we are trying to figure out a plan to lessen travel but to keep Layth going to kinder on his regular days and not be away for too long.
For example I will be working 7 days straight at the end of the 1st week. So to prevent me from being an absentee mother; Layth might have to come out to Warragul to stay in our temporary accommodation some of the times. Then he has to go back home so that he doesn't miss kinder (hey, $70 a day is not cheap...he must not miss it!).
I do wonder why we agreed to this rotation at the beginning of the year. Maybe we didn't realise what a hassle it would be. Hubby and I have different shifts so there'll only be a total of 6 days out of 10 weeks that we'll actually BOTH not be working on the same day.

MasyaAllah what sacrifices u guys made. May Allah bless u always and make it easier..yup! $70/day not cheap, in fact, mahal giler! hihi
Oh no! Hope Allah give you the best way out. Just out of interest, can u actually choose not to go for rural rotation?
kak sara- childcare kat sini mmg mahal gitu. standard price la tu. kalau hantar 5 days a week mau lagi mahal dari sewa rumah...ouch. sbb tu lagi murah bawak babysitter from malaysia.
layth gi kinder 1.5 days a week je. costs us $452 a month (total 6 days gitu la kan)
erika- ameen. huhu :( and during ramadhan too. hopefully will get multiplied rewards ameen.
oh and kinder/childcare kalau tak gi pun kene bayar jugak.
