Sigh

After 10 weeks of surgical rotation with high salary, working in rehab does seem to be a slump (money wise). It does feel a bit disappointing. It's nearly half of the surgical salary.

To prospective interns; when you're choosing rotations for next year for learning purposes it's best to do Gen Med first then Gen Surg and then ED last. It's more useful for you. You use Gen Med stuff in Gen Surg and both of those stuff in ED. If you do ED first, you'll find Gen Med and Surg pretty blur blur.

But for money purposes, do ED first, then Gen Med then Surg!! At least you'll feel richer as the year passes instead of poorer :p
