Didn't realise the storm in Melbourne yesterday was that bad! We received a dire warning of catastrophic storm yesterday but it was quite mild in where I live. Alhamdulillah.
Not such good news for the city area though.
Turns out Melbourne had:
- roads turning into rivers
- hailstones more like big chunks of rock
- Part of Southern cross station roof collapsed due to the battering of hail
- car windscreens being smashed, roofs collapsed by the hail
- millions of dollars worth of water damage and hail damage - poor car dealers who had their cars outside..all damaged
