Photo Entry

Very engrossed in playing his interactive shapes game on iPod touch. Since we got our iPhones he too wants the Mac experience so my hospital loaned iPod Touch became "Layth punye" which he plays with and pretends to make phone calls from.

The free game is very good. He has to pick out shapes by following the verbal instructions and gets to pick "stickers" after 4 correct answers. Now Layth recognises and can say "hexagon" and "crescent"! Too bad there is no pentagon, octagon, isosceles triangle or trapezium in that game hee hee. 

Now when we use the laptop and he wants to scroll down; he touches the monitor as if it could scroll down (like on the iPod). It's hilarious.

Layth likes to help me bake. He enjoys pouring in the milk or eggs or flour into the mixing bowl. And he loves trying the end products too hee hee. When I made cupcakes, he demanded a cupcake right after it came out of the oven..sabar je la. Hehe.Tak sempat nak cool down pun.

Pretending to be a cat... he likes playing with that door contraption anyways. But a few days ago he actually went through it! Haha. Thought it warranted a photo op.

Right now he is painting very quietly in his "Art Corner". I set up a table for him (with a waterproof table cloth!) with paints, brushes, scissors, newspaper, recycled paper, boxes and baubles, felt tip pens, crayons and PVC glue. And of course his very own overall.

He is mixing the paints together and saying "Yuck..this gross" (the texture of the paint hehe).

This was a few days ago after he had smeared blue paint all over his arms claiming he was "Layth sapu losyen!"
